Access to content may be free, available via a free Substack subscription, or via a third-party paid platform (Patreon) for premium content archives (e.g., HZ Studio Archive).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership. All content published on this Substack, including, but not limited to, articles, designs, images, and the text of The System Assurance Brief and The Simulation Log, is the exclusive property of Hosam Zidan and is protected by copyright law (Copyright © 2025 Hosam Zidan).

3.2 Limited License. Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

3.3 Prohibitions. You may not republish, reproduce, distribute, transmit, sell, or commercially exploit any content without the express prior written permission of Hosam Zidan. 6.2 Paid Services (Patreon). Premium, paid content (The HZ Studio Archive, The Simulation Log early releases) is managed on the Patreon platform. Transactions, billing, refunds, and access for paid tiers are governed by the terms of service of Patreon in addition to these ToS.

6.3 Changes. Hosam Zidan reserves the right to change subscription models, fees, and content availability at any time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Termination

Hosam Zidan reserves the right, in his sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the publication, for any reason, including, without limitation, a breach of these Terms.
